I just started on Keto Sunday 8/22 and as of yesterday I already lost 12lbs in just over a week! And I think it's a fun diet too with all the delicious things you're allowed to eat. It takes me about a week for my system to adjust and now the cravings for carbs and most of all beer have pretty much subsided, so I'm good to go!
